Vosper lineage research opportunities

Thought you might be interested in this fan chart of the Vosper family, with Charles Albert Vosper, my immigrant ancestor, in the circle in the middle:

I created it in a program called GeneLines, which is a Macintosh application. You can see that several lines of the family have a dearth of research – like the Grace Goddard line, the James Westlake line, and the Sarah Maddock line.

If any of you have researched back further on any of those lines, I’d appreciate it if you’d send me a link to your tree and info on the person that you’ve researched back, so that I can update my tree.

Marriage record for Joseph Vosper and Lydia Isbell and a TIP for finding images of original registers

While going through Cousin Sheila’s emails, I was also looking up records on FamilySearch.org (in prep for my trip to SLC). I was frustrated that the images of the records weren’t showing up when I did a record search. I discovered, however, that if I looked up a person on the Tree search, that I could look at the citations, and the image of the register would appear there! Yeah!

Here is an example:

Clicking on the URL highlighted, it brought up:

I could then click on the original, and find the record I was looking for. A new avenue for finding original records for free!

Corrections to Grace Goddard records as the result of Cousin Sheila's research

Hello Vosper Cousins!

Cousin Sheila has supplied me with some data on our Vosper ancestors, and I’m going to be sending out some of the info so you can update your trees, and info.
