I found a number of competing records for this one, but believe the info below is correct, as he lived in Quethiock, and St. Germans is nearby.

It is tough tying a record to him because there is no birth or age record affiliated with these index records. This is another case where getting the actual record in Cornwall would be helpful. Interestingly, there is no parish record on OPR for his death.
Any ideas? Maybe his death certificate would be helpful?
